They live with the child all the time and they have to understand and adjust to the special needs by the brother including caring for him. Constant explanations especially for the younger child is important. One day he asked me "Mum why cant you fix his brain so as to be like other people?" Eventually they do understand and love him unconditionally! They significantly assist in the care!
